Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at Kipps Brighton and my experience was quite mixed. While the location is fantastic—just minutes from the beach and various attractions—the cleanliness and comfort left a lot to be desired. My room had issues with cleanliness, the shower was filthy, and the shared toilet had a strong odor. I did appreciate the friendly staff and the social atmosphere, but overall, there were significant drawbacks to my stay.
I enjoyed my stay at Kipps Brighton. the location was fantastic and just a short walk from the city center and the beach. however, the noise from the street was quite noticeable at times, especially at night.
I had a mixed experience at Kipps Brighton. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the pier and other attractions. However, the room had an unpleasant smell and the shared facilities were quite dirty. The lack of lockers for my stuff after check-out was also a hassle and the bathroom was cramped. It’s decent if you just need a place to crash, but it fell short in areas that would make it truly enjoyable.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Kipps Brighton. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and various bars and restaurants. However, I faced issues with the room not having a toilet, and cleaning standards could be improved as the room had a dusty smell. The staff were friendly, though I didn't see much of them during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
My stay at Kipps Brighton was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the city center and the sea front, I faced several issues with my room's cleanliness and overall comfort. However, the friendly staff and inviting communal lounge were definite highlights that gave the stay a bit of charm.
